ASME-Certified Fabrication

Once the pilot is validated, the production system is built. Petro Sep operates an ASME-certified fabrication shop in Mississauga, with the welding qualifications, materials inventory, and quality systems to deliver code-stamped pressure equipment for jurisdictions worldwide. We do not subcontract the build. Your system is fabricated by the same team that engineered it.

Lead time
12 to 28 weeks
From pilot conclusion to shipped system, depending on complexity and material availability.
Code compliance
Full documentation package: U-1A forms, material traceability, weld maps, hydrotest reports. Acceptance-ready for any jurisdiction we have shipped to.
Factory acceptance test
Every system commissioned and tested in our shop on a clean-water surrogate before shipment. You see it run before it leaves.

ASME 'U' and 'R' stamps

Code-stamped construction and repair authorization. Documentation packages compliant with ASME Section VIII Division 1, plus jurisdictional requirements (CRN in Canada, PED in Europe).

In-house welding qualifications

Stainless steels (304L, 316L, duplex, super-duplex), carbon steel, nickel alloys (Hastelloy, Inconel). All welds traceable, all welders certified per ASME Section IX.

Skid-mounted modular construction

Systems delivered as factory-tested skids, ready for plumb-and-play installation. Reduces field work, accelerates startup.

Materials inventory

Stainless and exotic alloy plate, fittings, and instrumentation in stock. Reduces lead time on standard configurations.
