Petro Sep
Control room and remote monitoring of a membrane system.

Step 05 of 05

Operations Management

A membrane system that runs perfectly for a year and then fouls in week 53 is not a working system. Petro Sep stays involved beyond commissioning: continuous remote monitoring, scheduled maintenance, membrane replacement, and on-call response. Some customers run their systems entirely with our team; others use us as backup to in-house operations. Both work, and we engineer for either.

What you get at this step

The deliverable.

At the end of operations management, here is what changes for your project.

Uptime, contracted
98%+
On systems where we run operations end to end.
Membrane life, achieved
3 to 5 years
On real industrial feeds, with proper CIP and care.
Optimization gains
Most operations contracts deliver an additional 5 to 15% efficiency improvement in year 2 vs commissioning baseline. The savings often cover the operations contract.

Capabilities and equipment

What we bring.
What we own.

We do not subcontract this step. The capabilities and equipment below are in-house, and they show up on your project.

01

Remote monitoring (24/7)

SCADA telemetry to our operations center. Our engineers see drift, fouling, and trip events the same time your operators do, often sooner.

02

Scheduled CIP and membrane care

Cleaning regimes tuned to your specific fouling profile. Membrane replacement scheduled by performance, not calendar.

03

On-call response

Phone or video support within 2 hours, on-site response within 48 hours for critical issues. Service level agreement scoped per contract.

04

Performance reporting

Monthly performance reports, quarterly review meetings, annual optimization audits. Continuous improvement is part of the contract, not an extra.
